Die Halle eines ehemaligen papierverarbeitenden Betriebes wurde auserwählt um zusätzlichen Arbeitsraum für den Energie- und Technikpark der Stadtwerke Trier SWT zu schaffen.
In die bestehende Halle wurden zwei geschossige Büroräume aus ED BSP Wand- und Deckenelementen gebaut. Wo vorher Stahl zu sehen war sind nun funktionale und zugleich behagliche Massivholzräume.

Two-storey office spaces featuring Eugen Decker CLT wall and ceiling elements were integrated in the existing facilities. Dans l’entrepôt existant, des bureaux ont été construits sur 2 étages avec murs et planchers ED-BSP. L’acier a laissé place à des locaux en bois massif à la fois fonctionnels et accueillants. En el vestíbulo existente se construyeron dos plantas de oficinas con elementos de pared y techo ED-CLT. Donde antes se veía acero, ahora hay salas de madera maciza funcionales y cómodas.
